Hi,
this easy muesli parfait dessert is great after breakfast or brunch. But you can also use it as a light dessert after lunch or dinner. For me, it can also be a simple fruity breakfast. It’s not very sweet, but also not very tart. Just the perfect balance of two.
Muesli Parfait Needed Things
Oatmeal (I prefer crushed but you can use whole)
berries of your choice
1 cup thick yogurt
runny honey per taste
1 pinch vanilla sugar
First make a yogurt cream. Mix yogurt, honey and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Add a layer of oatmeal to a glass or cup, then layer of yogurt and on top add the berries. And then add more layers on top. When you add the last layer you may add some chocolate shards or nuts as well. Leave it to rest a couple of minutes, then eat and enjoy 🙂
